“We are the Campens- Ryan, Tanya, Luke (16 months old, who we lovingly call Thumper), and our Portuguese Water Dog, Bela Esperanca. We love spending time together playing, going for long walks and drives, and listening and dancing to music too. We relocated to San Antonio 4 years ago and love the community especially the teachers and kids at Primrose. Thumper started at Primrose at 3 months and has grown into a curious and brave toddler. We are grateful to the teachers and staff who welcome, love, and care for him with all his energy and curiosity. He has learned and grown so much over the past year! As new parents, we are grateful for the support Primrose provides to us too. It’s been a crazy year and we could not do it without Primrose!”

Happy International Chef’s Day!
Today we are celebrating our wonderful school chef, Ms. Rodriguez! She has been cooking professionally for 14 years now and has loads of experience cooking for children from cooking for her 2.5 year old son who is a part of our Pathways classroom. She takes amazing care of all our children and makes sure our children eat healthy and nutritious meals. She works really hard on our 6 week rotational menu to make sure even our pickiest eaters don’t get bored with meals. Thank you, Ms. Rodriguez, for all you do! We love you! ❤️

Congratulations to the Allen Family for being our November Family of the Month. We are excited for you all to get to know them better:
"Hi! We’re the Allens – Nathan, Jenny, Bryan (3.5) & Hudson (1) and our two pups Maddie and Rouen (German & Dutch Shepherds). We love long walks as a family and anything outdoors, especially putt putt golf! Nathan is a Fire Fighter/ Paramedic in Helotes and I am a nurse at Brook Army Medical Center. The Army relocated us to San Antonio in April 2018 and we were blessed to find Primrose shortly after. We have been so fortunate to have Ms. Zaragoza, Ms. Hernandez and most recently Ms. Cuevas as our teachers as well as Ms. Jennifer who makes an awesome Director! It is incredible how much Bryan has learned at his time at Primrose with their educational program that is used. A huge shout out to the school chef, Ms. Rodriguez, for always preparing great kid dishes that our picky eater tries and usually loves! Primrose has been our family’s backbone during the Covid-19 pandemic. As essential employees we relied heavily on Primrose for childcare with their increased protocols. Primrose has played such an important part in our family’s life over the last two years. Thank you so much to Ms. Nisha & Primrose staff, words cannot begin to describe how appreciative we are!"

Congratulations to the Flugrath Family for being our January Family of the Month. We are excited for you all to get to know them better.
“Hello! We are the Flugraths- Dustin, Deidra and Alinea. We have two doggos Aria and Maximo that are German Shorthaired Pointers, along with three chickens, Doodles, Dixie and Trixie. Dustin works in Cyber Security with the Air Force and I am an Administrative Dietitian at the Audie L Murphy VA. We are from New Braunfels but have always loved San Antonio and happy to call it home!
We haven’t been at Primrose School of Stone Oak long but it didn’t take much time to know we chose the right school for Alinea! We started looking at different child care facilities when I was 6 months pregnant and Primrose School of Stone Oak stood out above the rest. I was impressed by how clean the facility is and the staff’s dedication to keep it this way. The staff and teachers are so nice, I knew they would take care of Alinea as if she was their own.
I am constantly impressed by the staff’s effort to go above and beyond to give back to the community with the coordination of the Gotcha Covered Drive and the Blood Drive. Even in these crazy COVID times they continue to plan fun events for the kids and make it a little easier to stay connected. Alinea has already learned so much in the short time she has attended Primrose and I cannot wait to see what the next years bring. We want to thank the teachers and office staff enough for welcoming our little family to the school and for the support we have received.”
