The dispatcher is the first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls. Utilizes the main dispatch software system receives request information from external vendors and callers to coordinate Roadside Assistance requests on behalf of the customers. The Dispatcher will make decisions and takes the necessary actions to determine the most appropriate routing process to maximize driver efficiency. The dispatcher will communicate all pertinent data (customer situation, vehicle problem, location, etc.) to drivers. The shift is a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.
