Feeling like I'm in the best shape I've been in a looooooong time. All I do is workout 4 to 5 days a week for about an hour per day & maintain a consistent 3 clean healthy protein meals a day with at least 2 protein shakes between meals & before going to bed. Only 1 to 2 cheat meals a week; almost NO fast food. If I can do it, believe me anyone can.ππ»ππ»
