I am DONE WITH THERAPY!! 😎🎉🎉🎉. I had injured my neck, I couldn’t use my left arm, lie down on my back, sleep, I could get 3 hours only with two Vicodin, I’d lost about 60% of the strength in my left arm and hand due to the neurological damage, and it was visibly atrophying. 10 weeks of therapy, 4 days a week. After two weeks pain was down 90%, no more pain meds, I could sleep and lie on my back. 6 weeks in I was good enough I took a 2,500 motorcycle ride including a day of some off-road riding, and now after 10 weeks the left arm strength is back and the strength, mobility and flexibility in my neck is better than new!
