Law degree from the University of Denver College of Law with an accounting major. Licensed Colorado Managing Real Estate Broker. Specializing in appraisal and consulting on promissory notes, mortgage notes and other cash-flow assets nationally. Services provided, at a fixed fee, for estates, probates, tax attorneys, divorce attorneys, business attorneys, financial planners, self-directed IRA accounts, 401(k) accounts, investors and Realtors.
