Here are but a few examples that we provide planning and coordination on for every program we produce:
* Handicapped Patron Needs. We’ll make sure the chosen facilities meet all American With Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, including ingress and egress from the parking area into and out of the facility, the meeting space, gathering areas, restrooms and other areas where all patrons will be invited to be in.
* We work with each facility to make sure that facilities for those who smoke have a place to take a break. We provide details to our patrons so that they know the rules and regulations of the facilities we will utilize and where the closest covered or uncovered smoking facilities may be, including off campus if the facility is 100% Smoke Free.
* Back-Up Systems Always in Place – As a specific example related to this campaign, we show our abilities by planning a “What If” Scenario should the wireless systems fail during the test scoring meeting. We have already worked with the various hotel internet providers, audio visual, electrical and technology departments to create a hard-wired option should there be an overload or service related issue during this program.
Promotional Brand Ambassadors, Inc. is a privately owned and operated company based out of Wesley Chapel, Florida. At any given moments, we may be overseeing various aspects of 50 to 100 different events around the United States. Our teams range in size from 1 to 1,000 employees at any one location. These team members can include anyone from the loading dock teams to the lockdown security officers, from promotional pitch people to promotional brand ambassadors meeting and greeting people at the registration center. We also have excellent experience at managing multiple teams at multiple locations all at the same time.
