Perform full background checks: credit, criminal, sex offender & past eviction reports. Report late payments to the credit bureaus so tenants are encouraged to pay on time. Our Property Maintenance services are a step above. We perform full property inspections every 6 months to help eliminate costly repairs. Tenants are provided an after-hours number so emergencies are addressed quickly. Preventative maintenance helps retain and increase the value in your investment. Online portals allow clients real time access to statements, invoices and direct deposit. Rental proceeds are disbursed via ACH bank transfer around the 11th of each month.
