Wrapping up the sheeting to get the inspection and move on to the soffit, fascia and the prep for stucco.
Decking is done and now to snap the wall lines and go vertical. Walls should be done in about a week and fly trusses next week. We have a recessed are in the master to allow for a zero threshold shower entry which makes it nice when this is “the forever” home.
The flat work is poured and we will have the first lumber drop tomorrow. The framers will be setting the sill plates and building knee walls for the floor joists to span from each side. This is a conditioned crawl so no foundation vents and warmer floors!

The foundation is complete and we are stubbing in the sewer and water lines, prepping the flat work and will pour next week and start framing the floor. We are going vertical, woo hoo!
