Our office will be closed today due to power outages along with downed power lines across the entrance our phone lines are also not working hopefully this will be back up very soon.
To our patients at Providence Dental Care,
We will remain closed until April 13th at this time, it has been mandated by Gov. Bill Lee to see only emergency patients. We will continue to follow this until we hear further. Our office phone lines are working if needed we have an emergency line you can call. Thank you for your patience and understanding if you had an appointment with us we will be working on getting these rescheduled in the days to come.

We regret to inform you that, in accordance with CDC, TDA, and ADA guidelines, we will be closing on March 18th for all non-emergency appointments and will remain as such until at least March 27th. We may stay closed longer on the continued recommendations of the relevant health authorities as the COVID-19 situation develops dynamically. Not only have we made this decision for the sake of our staff, but for the safety and health of our patients.
We will however remain open in a limited capacity for emergency cases, which can be scheduled via our phone at (615) 758-6800 which has recently been restored after the tornado. Please be aware that we must pre-screen emergency patients and that we retain the right to deny appointments based on the Doctor’s discretion. Thank you for your patience and understanding during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we will keep you updated on any change in policy we make. Stay safe and healthy out there!
