Healing by ways of the Endocannabinoid system is a journey! This doesn't happen overnight. This all starts with making gradual changes. If you try to do it all at once, it will seem impossible and expensive. How do you start? Start with positive thinking, find beauty in the day as soon as you wake up. Cut out negative people and influences in you life. Think good things about yourself and that you can do anything. Incorporate daily exercise of some sort 3-4 days a week, 20-30 minutes a day, start small. Change things in your diet like switching empty calorie, sugary drinks for water flavored with fruits and vegetables. Make better food choices, as this system runs on plants. Realize you won't heal by smoking Cannabis and that you need to ingest it raw or as a whole plant extract. Relearn to breathe by practicing breathing exercises daily, until you naturally breathe deeper. Let go of anger and frustrations as soon as they happen, don't bottle them up. Practice self massage or meditation techniques. Remember the Endocannabinoid system regulates every part of the body so we must pay attention to mind, body and soul. Take time for what you love daily, even if it's only 5-10 minutes. Use natural products on your body (plant based). Add house plants, they help to purify the air in our homes (many building materials release toxins long after installation). Cut out as many harmful products as you can. This has been a 3 year journey for me. It hasn't been easy but I assure you it is possible and you will heal.
