Each year in Alabama, approximately 200 babies are identified with a condition detected through newborn screening. The screening allows treatment to be initiated within the first few weeks of life, treating many of the complications associated with newborn screening disorders such as sickle cell disease and cystic fibrosis. We've made a change to our Saturday hours. We will now be open from 9am-2pm. We accept walk-ins, but for weekend clinic it's always a good idea to call before you come !!!

Doctors remind parents to get children vaccinated before the upcoming school year
We would like to introduce you to the newest Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at our Anniston location!
Cori attended the University of Montevallo where she graduated with a degree in Biology with University Honors followed by nursing school at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. She completed the Accelerated Masters in Nursing Pathway and received her Masters in Nursing with a focus in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Primary Care. While attending UAB, she worked as an RN at Children's Hospital on the Renal, Endocrine, GI, and Urology Unit for 2.5yrs as well as training in both pediatric primary care and pediatric urgent care.
In her free time she, her husband, and their dog, Macklin, like to go camping and hiking.

NEW YEAR.......NEW HOURS!!!😀 It's that time of year. Our weekend hours will change, starting this weekend!!! We are adding back in our Sunday hours from 12pm-4pm as well as keeping our Saturday hours of 9am-2pm. Call ahead to reserve your spot.
