Upon leaving service, he entered employment with the Maryland Department of Labor Licensing and Regulations. Where he served for 14 years and retired as Software Support Supervisor.
During this time he served in many capacities and specialties. His primary job was desktop computer design and security. With DLLR's over 2000 computers and special communication devices, desktop computer security was mandatory. His experience and education in the computer field spans a period of over 30 years. Microsoft Certification in various operating systems.
