First off we would like to thank our customers for adapting to these changing circumstances and helping to keep staff and other customers safe with "No Contact" vehicle repairs.
We would like to let everyone know that we are still working to make sure your vehicle is maintained properly through this difficult time, even with a reduced staff.
Currently when making appointments we have been asking customers to drop their vehicles off the night before the appointment, so that we can sanitize touch points before bringing the vehicle into the shop. We can then inspect your vehicle and give you a call with an estimate. If you decide to approve the repairs, we are asking that anyone who is able to please pay for repairs over the phone. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know and we will try to adapt to your circumstances.

Although the Corona virus (Covid-19) doesn't, at this time, seem to be bearing down on us here in Sault Ste Marie yet, we are still trying to keep our customer's and staff's well being in the forefront of our minds. We have doubled our efforts on sanitation of often used and touched surfaces, including but not limited to counters, doors , restrooms.
We ask that at this time you do not wait for your vehicle if possible. We would appreciate if you are in a situation where you have to wait for your vehicle - that only one person come in for the appointment.
As always we will do our best to accommodate emergency situations.
Unfortunately, if you are sick, we are going to have to ask you to reschedule - for your safety and ours. If you are sick, we are willing to pick up your vehicle for you, and drop it back off (within city limits).
We do not want to sound harsh but out of respect for our customers and out staff we have to take these extreme measures. We do not want to violate any CDC or Federal regulations and must abide by this. We hope that you understand, and know that we have your best interest at heart. These are difficult and trying times for all of us.
