Schmucker and Sons builders are a family owned and operated custom home builder in business for over 60 years. We are located east of New Haven in Milan Center, Indiana. John V. Schmucker, owner and operator, has worked in the home construction business for the past 40 years and after the retirement of his father (John Sr.) he took over the operation of the family business.
