FRONT DESK AGENT - PM (OVERNIGHT) POSITION
Quality Inn & Suburban Extended Stay in Donaldsonville, LA is looking for 1-2 additional staff members to join their award-winning team! We are seeking individuals that are looking for part time employment and have a flexible work schedule. Individuals that have a desire to learn, grown, and contribute to our long-standing history of providing excellent service to our guests would be a great fit!
**THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT POSITION WITH HOURS THAT VARY FROM 7PM TO 7AM. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THESE HOURS!**
Some of the qualifications are as follows:
- Flexible work schedule (this is a must)
- Willing to learn, train, and grow into position
- Desire to work rotating shifts - AM/PM/possible overnight
- Fast learner so that you can be fast-tracked into your position
- Ability to report to work on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work
An example of things done during your shift:
- Answer phones and tend to guest questions
- Take telephone reservation and provide hotel rate information
- Speak with guests at the Front Desk about requests or questions
- Check guests into and out of the hotel while providing excellent service
- Clean, organize, and ensure that public areas are fresh and inviting
- Monitor hotel cameras to help ensure guest safety
- Relay information to team and management on a daily basis through shift reports
- Follow shift checklist guidelines and instructions
