Thank you to everyone that came to support your Nascar Home Track on opening day, especially working through the weather and many other challenges. We caught up with a few of the competitors on Sunday so have a listen to what they had to say. Also, we are proud to have drivers from other tracks make the trip to Hudson due to the common set of NHSTRA rules, they were able to compete and with minimal setup changes!

Working at the Front Desk, the Guest Service Agent is required to be an exceptional first point of contact for all guests, whether on the phone or upon arrival at the hotel. Requires the ability to provide superior guest service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Have a friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality that is able to handle guest relations pleasantly and effectively.
Possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented in order to facilitate accurate completion of all required forms and procedures.
Works well under pressure, dealing with complaints, requests, arrivals, and departures, within a short period of time.
Able to accommodate a flexible schedule that will include weekends and holidays.
Daily Responsibilities
Ensuring a delightful, seamless arrival and departure experience. Check-in and out hotel guests in a confident, professional, and personable manner.
Handling all guest compliments, comments, observations, and challenges, in a timely manner and effectively.
Responsible for performing cash transactions, involving counting the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Processing guest charges and payments accurately.
Maintains regular contact with other departments to ensure messages, ranging from compliments to complaints, are being communicated clearly and receiving proper follow-up.
