Each person in the vehicle will receive two free hot dogs and condiment packets (maximum of 4 people per vehicle).

Position Summary
The Service and Delivery Customer Service Representative receives service and delivery calls and ensures that orders are input into the Quality Oil System in order to meet the customers’ needs in the most efficient and effective manner possible. The main duties of the customer service representative are to take customer calls, create work orders/delivery orders, schedule service appointments with the customer, process payments, and provide outstanding customer service to the customer.
Responsibilities
• Highest level of customer service expected. Provides fast, courteous, friendly, and competent communications to the external customer, technicians, and delivery drivers.
• Answers and appropriately handles incoming calls from customers related to service, delivery, billing, credit, etc.
• Provides logistical support to technicians and drivers and communicates with both fellow employees and customers.
• Communicates with technicians, delivery drivers, and other internal departments via email, text message, and phone.
• Completes billing assignments and mails hard-copy invoices when the customer elects to not receive electronic copies.
• Conducts research on basic customer account inquiries. Forwards complex issues or customer complaints to the appropriate manager.
• Maintains scheduled service calls on an electronic service dispatch board making sure that all calls are scheduled on the appropriate technician in a timely and effective manner.
• Performs order system maintenance as asked by management.
• Informs and updates customers of the anticipated arrival time of the service technician while ensuring that technicians operate in a cost-effective fashion.
• Is knowledgeable of basic propane and fuel terminology.
• Makes outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments.
• Manages customer concerns and works to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
• Other assigned duties as directed by management including, but not limited to:
o Calls customers in an effort to advertise featured promotional material;
o Assists the Fuel Oil and Propane Service Managers in placement of orders for parts and coordinating their pickup/delivery; and
o Other various administrative duties/projects as determined by management
Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Must be comfortable with technology
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Prior customer service experience on phone is preferred
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Strong initiative and work ethic
• Punctual, reliable, and regular attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable of local geographic area, including roads and highways
• Must be able to sit and work on a computer/telephone for extended periods of time
