“This home has amazing views, quick beach access, and a surprisingly walkable location. The Bay Villas property is impeccably maintained and landscaped, and the public areas are kept clean. We really enjoyed hanging out on the patio, which gets plenty of afternoon sun. Almost every day we were treated to a view of bright, sweeping rainbows out over the water, looking towards Molokai! Quam’s customer service went above and beyond expectations. We really felt like the host was dedicated to making sure we had a wonderful trip to Hawaii.”

We selected this condo based on its proximity to the ocean. We were not disappointed! The view and the sound of the ocean ceasing against the rocks were amazing. The condo was close to great walking trails and a beautiful beach. It was so quiet and relaxing. The condo was well stocked and comfortable.

Gorgeous Views and Super Clean Kapalua Bay Villa!
The condo is absolutely gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean! We loved sitting each morning on the lanai looking out over the ocean as we ate our breakfast. This unit is also directly located next to the pool area so it was a bonus! We used the grills at the pool area our last evening to cook steak. The 2 beach chairs and bogey board were great for our trips to the beach, just a short drive down the road. Check-in was easy and convenient and Nicole from the property management company was great answering any questions we had. Highly recommend this location!

“Incredible ocean view - the unit is so close to the water's edge it's almost in the ocean. Top floor, corner unit, super clean, decent furniture and kitchen. Bathroom and bedroom are a bit tight, but comfy king-size bed. The building could use a fresh coat of paint, but nice new sea wall and landscaping along the water with stairs down to the adjacent sandy beach visible from the balcony. We worked remotely there for a week, and sometimes slept on the sofa bed with the sliding door open to enjoy the sound of the surf.”
