Please Help a Former Provider Jered Jones joined our team in 2016 as a new nurse practitioner. He was with our team for 4 years; mostly serving the Crystal River and Dunnellon patients. Jered was always so easy to work with , made everyone laugh, and had a great patient following. Jered has suffered 2nd and 3rd degree in a home fire this past week.
