This is a clubhouse in a senior park were we painted a modular home 2 years ago. One of the things about working in a senior park is you have alot of folks making sure you are doing it right . Needless to say everyone was very happy and we got 2 more houses in there . We love happy customers.
So we have been doing alot of staining lately . The latest was a Brazilian hardwood called cumaroo wich we stripped then brightened and also used a product called restore to get the dead fibers off the sunbaked decking. Then applied mesmer oil stain. We were able to bring the original red color come back to life. Also stained a solid alder front door for another customer. Have to say it was a labor of love and the results are beautiful.
Well another prolux stain house is complete. The owners had a tough time picking the color for the front door but with deannas help they picked this pretty yellow. I have to say it took a minute but it did grow on me all the flowers around really tied the yellow green and wood together. Super happy with the results.

So this week was another prolux stain house for some super awsome customers. We stripped it down and used prolux stain "natural color" and then used proluxe solid stain in Oxford brown on all the trim. I do have to say this is our favorite stain house to date came out absolutely beautiful. The owners say it looks better than it did when they built it 30 years ago. So we did a complete makeover this weekend on our friend Justin Warren's shop . Vivid details now located on Eastside rd. Is coming together nicely. We are thrilled to be a part of his vision and now his new building will be alot easier to see. Well today was alot of fun . We got to turn this plain old timber into a respectful mantle that any fire place would be proud to have. Fun stuff.
I love the colors on this house simple and clean now on to the interior.
Another new construction has begun. We have alot of caulking to get done then a nice coat of masonry sealer and then 2 coats of paint. Stay tuned for the results

These folks were professional and top-notch from the minute they arrived. They answered their phone, scheduled immediately, were prompt, friendly, courteous and professional when they came to give an estimate and were able to fit us into their schedule quickly.
The guys who came to do the job were introduced by Rick who came to get them set up, making sure I was comfortable with them and had no questions unanswered. The guys did a great job, worked very hard, and finished quickly. They did a walk-around to make sure we were happy.
I am 100% satisfied with everything about this company, which is a wonderful thing these days. I would absolutely recommend this business.

Well this is what we accomplished over the weekend. A nice makeover on this commercial building which will be completed with some black canopies over the windows and some new signage . If you or someone you know wants to attract more customers give R M PAINTING & DESIGNS a call .
We just finished up this beauty . The owners picked a little darker color and the overhangs were white and we changed them to the body color . Scraped and fixed some facia boards then a couple coats of black in velvet sheen. All in all it is a fresh new look.
Well we finished up our beautiful house on the river today. What a beautiful place to work . We also painted all the window frames and sliding doors which is alot cheaper than buying new windows. Well we just finished up this big 5 bedroom 4 bath house complete with 8 foot doors and crown moulding throughout including a pool house. Doing some epoxy chip bathroom floors for Tehama County office of education . We got them ground , and chipped over the last 2 days now its time to scrape , sand , clean and apply the clear coat .these are extremely durable floors applied to any concrete floors. Excellent for industrial , commercial , or residential use. So if you would like a nonslip easy to clean floor that is beautiful and strong give us a call for a free estimate.
