Service call fee $ 59.00, after hours $ 89.00, 24 hour same day service Monday - Thursday: 9am - 8pm Friday - 9am - 5pm. Included in the service call, complete diagnostics of heating and air conditioning system , plus an accurate estimate of repair cost. We service all brands of heating and air-conditioning equipment.
Preventative maintenance is very important on your heating and air-conditioning system, routine maintenance will save you a lot of money on major part replacement and energy cost as there are routine maintenance parts on all heating and cooling systems that can and will take out major components and drive up your gas and electric bill. We offer preventative maintenance contracts with two visits per year (pricing on website) We tear down the furnace once before winter and completely clean and maintenance all mechanical parts and check capacitors, motors, filters, wiring, control boards, hot surface igniter, flame sensor, pressure switches, limits, cracks in vacuum lines and drain lines and carbon monoxide testing on heat exchangers for cracks, test humidifiers/dehumidifiers check and test T-Stat's and wiring. Second visit spring time air-conditioning/heat pump: we clean outdoor coils check outdoor fan motor, capacitors, compressor, high-voltage contactor, low-voltage T-Stat side of contactor, defrost board on heat pumps, reversing valves, refrigerant levels.
