RZone Fitness is an all women’s fitness studio where we offer HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes which include: CARDIO: to burn calories & increase metabolism and help increase ❤️ & lung capacity; FUNCTIONAL: to focus on movements and technique; and STRENGTH Training: to strengthen body, tone muscles and change body composition.
Our workout are guided by a Fitness Coach & designed specifically for women.
