Truly an amazing experience. Initial phone consultation and initial evaluation with Ryan was fantastic. He thoroughly explained the process and answered question about Radon. His knowledge and expertise was terrific. Samantha not only scheduled our project but was able to see us earlier than expected. Ben, our system specialist was excellent. "Dan, John and Ben did a great install today with 3 suctions including 2 crawl spaces. They had to line with 10 mil vapor barrier plastic and seal it. Dan went out of his way to hide the 3 inch PVC throughout the basement and he paid great attention to aesthetics in attic, garage and basement. These three were a polite, neat and tidy team who patiently answered the many questions I asked and really know what they are doing. The finished product shows that!"

The installation of radon mitigation systems requires extensive residential construction experience including framing, PVC pipe work and working with hand tools. Qualified candidates will be trained to become certified through the National Radon Proficiency Program.

Working in #radonmitigation is not easy. It takes a skillful person who is willing to work in dirty #crawlspaces , climb in hot #attics , bear with the #winter weather , etc etc. It can be a #dirtyjob but itβs all worth it to help people improve the #indooraorquality of their homes. π
We sealed the crawlspace with a 10MIL vapor barrier and installed the Radovent, sub-membrane depressurization system. This home now has the benefit of radon removal, vapor reduction, prevention of odors from the soil and a much cleaner space below the living areas above.
