David Rahauser is a sole practitioner in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Dickinson College and John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Rahauser has been practicing in Franklin County, Pennsylvania since his admission in the Pennsylvania Bar in 1977. He was a member of the Franklin County District Attorney's office from 1979 until 2016. Today, he practices primarily in estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney and living wills) and estate administration (probate and non-probate.)
