With an office in Tinley Park, Illinois, in Cook County near Orland Park and Frankfort, Dr. Raine provides both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery to men and women of all ages. Highly distinguished, he has over 25 years’ experience helping patients both look and feel their best.
Dr. Raine started his education at Northwestern University, where he completed his undergraduate degree in biochemistry before attending the Medical College of Wisconsin at Marquette University. While there, he was selected by the International College of Surgeons to travel abroad to study surgical transplant at the University of Cambridge in England.
Upon returning to the States, Dr. Raine completed five years of general surgery residency at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago, then trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Emory University in Atlanta.
Dr. Raine is a member of multiple medical societies and organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), the International College of Surgeons, and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Throughout his career, Dr. Raine has held numerous academic positions at prestigious universities, is a distinguished lecturer, and has published multiple scientific papers and four chapters in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Raine is a proud member of an elite surgical team which travels the world helping under-served areas. As a key member, he helps correct deformities in both children and adults, assisting the team in handling over 1,500 cases since its conception.
