In 2000, Dr. Chugh established his private practice in the Chicago Heights area, and he also lends his expertise to local hospitals by serving as medical director at Vitas Hospice Program 37 and Vitas Inpatient Hospice Unit.
Dr. Chugh is a Board-certified physician with the American Board of Internal Medicine. His professional affiliations also include being a member of the American Medical Association and a member of the American College of Physicians-American Society of Internal Medicine.
As part of his commitment to making sure patients receive outstanding medical care, he’s able to provide treatment for a broad range of medical issues on short notice.
