RAKKAN started as a small, 4-seat restaurant in Nishiazabu-Tokyo back in 2011. Our business had its eyes set on bringing true Japanese soul food to the rest of the world, hence our motto, “Authentic Japanese food to the world”. Since the beginning, we struggled to consistently prepare high-quality soup that would live up to our standards as well as our customer's, so there were disappointments and struggles along the way. Despite these odds, however, we were able to expand our restaurant to 4 branches, allowing us to hone our craft with the encouragement of our beloved customers. Without their support, we wouldn't be where we are today, and we will always appreciate their efforts. In order to live up to the expectations of our supporters, we will continue to work hard to develop our business and incorporate new tastes while still holding true to the authentic Japanese standard of ramen. Again thank you so much for your time and support!
