On Monday, our Elementary II & Middle School students were able to have a Zoom question and answer session with former Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice and former Ramalynn parent Kathleen Blatz. Kathleen Blatz is Minnesota’s first female Supreme Court Chief Justice, the youngest female legislator in state history, and the only woman to have served in the Legislature and on the state’s Supreme Court. She was a lawmaker for 27 years, from her legislative swearing-in ceremony in 1979 to her retirement from the bench in 2006.

Congratulations to Ramalynn 6th grader Turner for finishing first place at The Iron Elite Wrestling Tournament in Des Moines, Iowa this weekend! The tournament is one of the premier wrestling meets in the country for wrestlers with Olympic aspirations. Way to go, Turner!

Our K - 8th Grade students are preparing for the Ramalynn Science Expo! Each year, our students participate in an expo, with the topic rotating each year between science, history, and geography. For our science expo, each student chooses an experiment in which the Scientific Method is used. They then present their question, hypothesis, experiment, results and conclusion!
