Got a case of the Monday blues? The start of the week is sometimes intimidating after a relaxing weekend, but new weeks can offer us the chance to start fresh. If you find yourself consistently sad or anxious at the beginning of your week, try to identify the problem. Consider writing down your feelings and talking about them.
One way to cheer yourself up could be to plan on doing something fun after work (like watching a movie or calling a friend). You can also try to have fun at work by catching up with a co-worker over lunch or leaving someone a nice note. Finally, make sure to set work aside as much as possible over the weekend to avoid burnout.
