Happy October folks! One of our staff members wants to dress her cat up for Halloween but doesn't have a costume yet. Any ideas? Comment below and send pictures if you want! Here is a picture for reference and his name is Pablo!
Do you feel like your cat is getting a little bored? Here are some fun activities you can do with your cat to keep them (and yourself) entertained! 1. If you have an adventurous kitty, you can try taking him/her on some walks with a leash! 2. You can also play hide-and-seek and have your cat stalk you or a toy on a string 3. Hide treats around the house and have your cat try and find them/hunt for them 4. Watching TV- you can watch a bird/rodent/fish program together and your cat won't be able to take their eyes off the TV (though you may doze off) 5. Finally the classic cardboard box. Cats cannot get enough of them! Just set one down and they will find a way to stay entertained with it
We are extremely pleased and excited to introduce our new DVM - Dr Erin Rose. She has 11 years of experience and will be seeing our patients on Monday and Friday. "My interests include geriatric care, pain management, soft tissue surgery and internal medicine. I strive to educate pet parents in order to keep your pet happy and healthy for as long as possible. I am so lucky to do what I do". Dr. Rose lives in San Diego with her 5 year old son, her two fur children, Butter and Lola, and the neighborhood opossum named Skat. Her hobbies include anything outdoors, camping, playing soccer, world travel and finding good food. When she isnโ€™t wearing a facemask, she is drinking coffee and/or telling a joke. She is very much looking forward to getting to know more of her new community in Rancho Bernardo. New jokes are always welcome!๐Ÿ˜Š
Is your dog on a heartworm preventative? Here in San Diego, heartworm is a year-round concern and is much easier to prevent than it is to treat. Questions? Give us a call and we will be happy to answer any you have!
Calling all coffee lovers! The one thing we love more than coffee, our pets. We take for granted that we canโ€™t feed our cats and dogs certain things and caffeine is on that list. As you celebrate #InternationalCoffeeDay, make sure your pet is protected in case of any toxic ingestions. Thanks to Companion Protect, our pet insurance partner, you can have a peace of mind when it comes to unexpected accidents. PBXX.IT Attention all coffee lovers!
