Alert to Workers Compensation claimants in the Kalispell, MT area. In Berry v. Mid-Century Ins. Co. the Montana Workers Compensation Court confirmed what claimants' attorneys have suspected all along; namely that Mary Jane Barrett RN acted as an advocate for the insurance company, and was not concerned about providing nurse case management services which would help the injured worker get better. If you do not have an attorney, and Ms. Barrett is involved in your case, I would strongly encourage you to seek competent legal advice as soon as possible.
If your workers compensation case has been settled, or if medical benefits have been denied, again I would encourage you to seek legal representation as soon as possible!

The Helmet (left) and the Sphinx (right) looking northeast from the Madison Valley, Montana. These durable peaks are composed of Sphinx Conglomerate, alluvial fan deposits that accumulated at the base of rising fold and thrust belt mountains to the west during latest Cretaceous time. This syntectonic conglomerate and its regional equivalents were structurally buried in places by thrust slabs, and folded and faulted shortly after deposition. For example, the Sphinx is folded into a broad syncline and the planar, ramping surface at the top of the Helmet is the exhumed plane of a thrust ramp that cut through the conglomerate.

The Missoula County Vaccine Information page on the website contains information on vaccine providers in the county, including how, when and where each provider is administering the vaccine. Residents with regular healthcare providers should look for that provider鈥檚 information on the website.
People who do not have regular providers should watch the page for announcements of public clinics, which will begin as more supply of vaccine becomes available.
