Stocked my supplement cabinet . Took some today and mindfully thanked each one of them for helping my immune system stay strong for me and others around me .

Day 12 of our Team cleanse . Down 20 pounds all together -:) yay. We do feel more alert, alive and vibrant !

I just have to share an experience that blew my mind . I had to tell a long time patient who I really care about , some difficult news about some markers for his health . I was nervous because I imagined how hard it might be for him to hear what I had to say .
At the end of the informational conversation, I asked him how he was feeling . He replied with a smile and a relaxed demeanor that now that he knew what he needed to do as next steps he actually felt relieved.
And then he surprised me. He asked me how I FELT delivering the news. Goose bumpy and teary eyed , I couldn’t even begin to imagine of how lucky I was to be in a doctor patient relationship, where my patient understood that this was equally hard for me .
I felt honored to be a part of his wellness journey and also honored to be chosen by my profession to continue to show me , especially when I not looking of how true healing comes in so many different ways .
That those goose bumpy moments are to be savoured as inspirational espresso shots .
That learning and growth enveloped in love is the only constant .
