The Association, under the leadership of Daniel Hernandez and with the support of Jeff Ray and the firm, made great strides to assist the El Paso Community following the mass shooting in August 2019, and all are recognized for their efforts.

RPM Welcomes Moses Winston to the Albuquerque Office.
Moses focuses his practice in the defense of civil and tort claims. Prior to joining RPM, Moses served in several senior government positions in state executive agencies. In private practice, Moses has experience defending and providing counsel to healthcare facilities, governmental entities and private companies in matters involving premises and professional liability, severe personal injury and wrongful death. Moses comes from a military family and grew up throughout the United States. He graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in Government and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Law where he received Clinical Honors. In law school, Moses completed an externship with the Honorable Jonathan Sutin of the New Mexico Court of Appeals and served as a legal intern at the Federal Communications Commission. In his free time, Moses enjoys staying active, outdoor recreation and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

RPM Welcomes Natsumi Covey to the San Antonio Office.
Natsumi was born in Okinawa, Japan. She earned her Juris Doctorate at St. Mary’s University School of Law. During law school, Natsumi was a Teacher’s Assistant for the Legal Research and writing program at St. Mary’s University School of Law during her second and third years of law school, a legal research assistant for her Property professor, and the Team Caption of the National Moot Court Team, awarded one Regional and two National Championship titles in the American Bar Association, Civil Rights and Liberties, and Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competitions. Before law school, Natsumi earned her Bachelors Degree in Business and Legal Studies at Florida State College in Jacksonville. Natsumi has been a legal intern at the San Antonio office since February 2019 and is excited to officially begin her legal career here at RPM. Natsumi enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, and spending free time with her family and friends.

RPM Welcomes Isaac Gutierrez to the El Paso Office.
Isaac was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Prior to joining RPM, Isaac was a Drug Task Forces Prosecutor for the El Paso District Attorney’s Office. He was assigned to the narcotic unit, where he prosecuted various crimes, including high level drug crimes. While at the DA's Office, he tried approximately 65 trials and 60 contested matters. Isaac received his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law where he received Honors in Court Justice. In law school, Isaac completed internships with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission. Prior to law school, Isaac graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelors in Arts and Sciences, with a focus in International Studies and a minor in the French language. Isaac speaks both Spanish and French, enjoys cooking, golfing, brewing his own beer, reading and spending time with his family.
