About Butch Raynor
Harvey W. Raynor, III, the firm's principal, is a graduate of Dunn High School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and North Carolina Central School of Law. He has practiced in both the state and federal courts of North Carolina since 1981 and has conducted jury and bench trials in both the criminal and civil divisions of all state courts and the criminal, civil and bankruptcy divisions of the Eastern District of the US Federal Court of North Carolina. Mr. Raynor is a former Deputy County Attorney for Cumberland County, Hyde County Attorney and Commissioner of the North Carolina Property Tax Commission. He is past President of the North Carolina Association of County Attorneys and a former North Carolina County Attorney of the Year.
