RC Advisory Services is a boutique Sell-Side Merger and Acquisition consulting firm that focuses on privately held companies. The companies we sell have revenues of $3Mil to $20Mil and adjusted cash flows of $1Mil to $5Mil.
Our clients range from Baby Boomers selling their family business to Gen-X’ers cashing in on early business success. Most of our work is with traditional B2B companies in manufacturing, fabrication & assembly, industrial services, construction & contacting, distribution and transportation or logistics.
We facilitate the sale of privately held companies, pick our clients carefully and develop trusting relationships and develop exit strategies for our clients. We manage the process from start to finish, reducing anxiety and ensuring maximum value.
When a company is not ready for sale, we also provide consulting services to help structure a business to get it ready for sale. Our work may involve developing and implementing an aligned strategy and assisting in management or employee recruitment and hiring. We are licensed to administer DISC Assessments.
We provide both Certified and Market Valuations as a part of our process. Our work sometimes involves the resolution of shareholder disputes. When appropriate, we can provide consulting for companies who are purchasing another business and we facilitate that process.
