RD Tax Service was established by Debra Popovich in 1993 with a client base of 55 clients. The business was operated from Debra's home office in Brea, CA. In 1998, Debra aquired a practice(250 clients) which was located in the 770 building in Brea. The business moved to 770 S. Brea Blvd., Suite 113, Brea CA August of 1998. Many relationships were developed in this cozy little office. In October 2010, the company expanded to 500 S. Brea Blvd., Suite A of which now services over 1000 clients.
