Full Time position available for a service advisor/ manager for a Material Handling Dealership. Duties include scheduling service calls, talking with customers about repairs needed, dispatching technicians, computer work to include creating work orders, preparing repair estimates, scheduling Planned Maintenance, etc...
Requirements: minimum 5 years experience in a material handling dealership or related, college degree is preferred, knowledge of forklifts, commercial & golf carts, computer literate, minimum of 2 years management experience is also preferred, ability to manage and motivate people.
