We’re more than halfway through our paving and sealcoating season. It’s been difficult navigating the business during a global pandemic, excessive heat warnings leading to the hottest July on record and rainy days like today.
Nevertheless, we are blessed with an abundance of work! So we ask for continued patience from all of customers who are waiting to have their work completed. We’re doing our best to get things done quickly, but we won’t sacrifice quality for quantity. Praying for lots of sun and dry weather!

Beginning May 1st, RDS will officially open for the 2020 season. We appreciate your patience as we navigate through these new guidelines outlined by the CDC that we must adhere to in order to operate.
For the most part, RDS Paving & Sealcoating already follows many of the rules that the CDC is asking us to do. We can complete all estimates and jobs without any physical contact with customers. Below is the procedure from estimate request to job completion and final invoicing.
Customers should request an estimate from RDS via:

RDS will respond via text/email to confirm estimate request and set up a convenient time to go see your project onsite.
While on site, an RDS employee will measure and inspect customer driveway or parking lot. No face-to-face contact is necessary for this process. If RDS or the customer has questions about the project, an RDS employee can contact the customer via phone, facetime or zoom.
RDS will type up an official estimate and email or mail it to the customer.
Customer will confirm the job by mailing or emailing a signed contract to RDS in order to be placed on the schedule.
RDS will arrange convenient time with you to complete the job.
RDS arrives on site to complete the job.
After completion of the job, RDS will email or mail your invoice. Payment can be made immediately on site or when invoice is received.

Christmas Tree Sales continue until all the trees are gone, which could be VERY soon! We have sold over 100 in just two days!
HOURS are Noon to 9 PM, Sunday through Friday, and 9 AM to 9 PM on Saturday only.
Prices vary from $30-$70, but most are $55/$65.
All our trees have been paid for by our sponsors, so EVERY DOLLAR YOU PAY FOR A TREE GOES BACK INTO OUR COMMUNITY in support of various programs run by GEARS, ECHOES, EASD and many others.
