Right now, our Country, and the World, is facing an unprecedented challenge brought on by a virus known as COVID-19.
At RE/MAX Properties East, we are taking this situation very seriously and are taking proactive steps to best protect our Clients, Customers, Agents, and Staff from infection and other issues raised by this unique challenge.
We have taken the following steps:
1. Closed our office to the general public and only allowing entry to essential staff and agents with business to conduct until further notice.
2. Provided guidance to our Agents and Staff how to conduct their business in a safe manner practicing aggressive good hygiene and adequate social distancing.
3. Made it clear that no Agent or Staff member is expected to place themselves or their Clients in a position of risk and each are empowered to make the best decisions to protect themselves and their families.
4. We are offering to perform walk-thru video showings through FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, and other resources so that our Buyer Clients can avoid unnecessary travel and exposure and to minimize the number of people who enter the homes of our Seller Clients. If you need any assistance to safely view a property, please call 502-425-6000 and we will help!
5. We have implemented numerous procedures at the office to allow continuity of business to ensure that the needs of our Clients and Customers are professionally met in a timely manner. While it is possible we will see delays outside of our control, we have the capacity and the technology in place to continue to work even if we must temporarily close our physical location. We are communicating frequently to keep all Agents and Staff up to date on the latest procedures.
6. We are leveraging every resource and tool possible to make sure we can continue to provide Exceptional Service to our Clients throughout the duration of this crisis.
Because this situation is dynamic, adjustments to our plans may be necessary. Also, for our Clients, there may be a variety of unforeseen challenges we will have to overcome to best serve your needs. We are committed to helping you and making your transaction experience as positive and successful as possible while working through the unexpected.
