We are a full service hospital offering all outpatient services, dentistry, soft tissue, laser and orthopedic surgeries, xray, ultrasound and hospitalization.

Dr. Mary Xanthos has practiced general medicine, soft tissue surgery, critical care and emergency medicine extensively throughout New York City. She received her degree in veterinary medicine and surgery from Cornell University in 1998 and is well known for her dedication, competence and compassion. She is the owner and primary veterinarian at Reade Street Animal Hospital. When not at work, Dr. Xanthos is an active member of the animal rights community and has dedicated her life to speaking out for those abused animals that cannot speak for themselves. She also enjoys reading, music, and taking long walks in Central Park with her beloved Brittany spaniel Rudy.
