Ready Meds Pharmacy will be utilizing contact-less Covid-19 health screening procedures before entering facilities to administer vaccinations. This will be done through the use of QR codes. The facility representative will be required to use a smart phone or tablet to scan the QR bar code found at the bottom of the flu registration form. Upon scanning, a link will appear on the screen which is to be clicked on in order to answer a variety of resident health screening questions.
