The main instructor for our most popular course (real estate salesperson licensing) Gregory Caviness, has been a licensed realtor for over 25 years. He brings his real-world expertise to the table in each of his classes.
While Job placement is provided for students at all four locations, the career services department is physically located in Manhattan. It is through this department that students have access to weekly recruitment presentations by some of NYC’s top real estate firms, giving students the opportunity to ask questions and start the application process. Many of our students are hired before even passing the state exam.
