Gordon co-founded Real Property Associates in 1991. He acts as the designated broker for the company, overseeing over 60 brokers in their sales activities, and continues to personally represent buyers and sellers. He is also involved with RPA’s commercial real estate division where he provides management and consultation for commercial property owners.
Gordon has served as a trustee with Seattle Union Gospel Mission, and on other non-profit and community boards. In addition he is on the board of directors for two publicly traded companies: He is a founding and current board member for Zillow Group, and a director for Anchor Bancorp, a community bank based in Lacey, WA.
Gordon grew up in Lake Forest Park and graduated from North Seattle's Shorecrest High School in 1984. After graduating from Stanford University in 1988 with a degree in economics he returned to Seattle and started working in real estate as a sales agent before starting RPA. He lives with his family in Lake Forest Park.
