Identifying as an entrepreneurial spirit most of her life, Rebecca left her psychology studies at Bloomsburg University in 1994 and opened a small boutique in Muncy PA where she showcased local artists, antiques, and imported merchandise. It was here she developed a love for marketing and staging.
Rebecca began her real estate journey in 2009 as an assistant to a top producer in the area. Learning that she loved the industry, she became licensed in 2010, concentrating her natural talents of design and marketing for sellers.
In 2015, she took a leap of faith and opened her own real estate office, The Market Real Estate Group. It was in that time she honed her skills of negotiation, buyer representation, and staging. "I had a freedom to try things nobody else was doing at the time."
In her three years of owning her own business, she quickly realized the challenges and rewards of being the sole facilitator in a very intense industry. Taking her administrative knowledge and psychology background to the next level, Rebecca became a licensed life coach. These skills have truly complimented her natural ability to work well with people and help guide them through two of the most difficult and rewarding moments in a person's life...Home ownership and Home farewells.
"It was in this time I coined the term, Geographical Therapist, recognizing that much of what we do as realtors demands a high level of emotional intelligence while dealing with the everyday nuances of contracts and time commitments."
"Joining the Fish Family has been the smartest professional move I could have made. The agency has the best administrative staff, brokers, and the atmosphere is unlike any other I have experienced."
Rebecca can now focus on managing the expectations of her clients' needs without the headaches of agency ownership.
Rebecca's experience on both ends of the industry truly has given her an edge in identifying problems before they begin and aggressively working to maintain optimal performance in a highly competitive market.
