Strength, conditioning, flexibility and nutrition are the four cornerstones of being healthy. At Rebel Fitness we incorporate these elements through constant variety and personal interaction to motivate our members to achieve their goals.
We are a group strength and conditioning facility with a personal feel. The coaches get to know each member and their individual goals. When you hear your name called out during a workout, you'll know its true!

Does it frighten you to think about your last workout?! Don’t be spooked anymore!Come into Rebel Fitness for our October Fit Fest! Try 31 days of unlimited strength and conditioning classes for $31! The fall weather is perfect for our current indoor/outdoor programming. We adhere to social distancing guidelines and cleaning procedures as outlined by the state and CDC. Your workouts are programmed with a set of weights that are for you to use the entire class and are disinfected between each class. Daily routines are finally getting back to normal! Who is ready to have the jungle gyms back in our workouts?! 🙋🏼‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️ Every other set of JG’s will be available for safe use (jungle gym distancing). There will also be disinfectant spray bottles at this station and after you are done with your handles you will spray them down before anyone else uses them. There will also be alternative exercises available for those who are not comfortable using the JG handles. In true 2020 fashion, the weather prediction for Friday does not look promising for a trunk-or-treat... but that doesn’t mean it’s cancelled! We are moving the party inside! We will set up trick or treating “spots” and the games for your kids to play in the gym. BYOC and BYOB! We will have buckets for your candy. Costumes optional. See you Friday!
