Lighten up for Spring with this citrusy marinade perfect for chicken or fish!
Orange Tarragon Marinade Ingredients:
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (tarragon vinegar infusion)
1/2 orange, juiced
1 clove of garlic, crushed and minced
1 tsp fresh tarragon, chopped
1/4 tsp onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine liquid ingredients with spices and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Marinate chicken or fish for 20 minutes or more. Cook chicken or fish in remaining marinade. Deglaze the pan periodically with a little water. Serve over a mixed green salad or with other vegetable.
Tip: save the sauce and add apple cider vinegar to make additional dressing for a salad.

Bread Ingredients:
12 eggs, separated
½ cup Jay Robb unflavored egg white protein
Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Spray
Bread Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Separate the eggs (save the yolks), and whip the whites for a few minutes until VERY stiff (use a stand mixer on high for a few minutes). Gently mix the protein powder into the whites. Slowly fold the reserved egg yolks into the whites (making sure the whites don't fall). *For RM3, leave out yolks* Grease a bread pan with Primal Kitchen Avocado oil spray and fill with "dough." Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Turn oven off and leave bread in the oven for 15 minutes to avoid the bread from falling. Let completely cool before cutting or the bread will fall. Cut into slices. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to a month.
OPTION: Make bread into 18 buns on a greased cookie sheet.
NOTE: If having trouble with it falling after cooking, try 400 degrees for an hour. Some protein powders require longer.
Radish Fry Ingredients:
1 bunch of radishes
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
Paprika to taste
Salt to taste
Radish Fry Instructions:
Wash, dry and cut ends off a fresh bunch or bag of radishes. Cut into halves or fourths, no smaller than a nickel (to avoid shriveling and nothing larger to avoid too much radish taste). Air fry uncoated radishes for 10-15 minutes a 360-375 F. The lower the temp will allow the radishes to soften without burning. Remove radishes and place in mixing bowl. Spray with RM3®-approved cooking spray. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt to taste. toss with a spatula to distribute spices. Place coated radishes back in air fryer and cook on 360-375 F for 5-7 minutes, checking every 2 minutes to avoid burning. Enjoy!
