Spring is in the air at Redwood Union Township!
While we're social distancing, our Redwood Neighborhoods are still open for virtual contact during normal business hours! What does that mean? Our team is taking phone calls, emails, requests for video chats AND we're giving video tours! #RentAtRedwood

In light of the uncertain time we find ourselves in, this year's International Day of Happiness hits a little differently. But the theme, "Keep calm. Stay wise. Be kind." really resonates. So we'd like to take a moment to thank our remarkable Redwood employees for doing just that. Thank you for being flexible. Thank you for living out our core values. Thank you for continuing to work toward our mission and vision as we navigate an ever-changing landscape. #WeAreRedwood

A message from our Chief People and Operations Officer, Kate Vizmeg, about the updates to our Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) protocol to maintain the highest level of health and safety at both our corporate office and our neighborhoods:
"The Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and the uncertainty surrounding it is unsettling, and it continues to evolve. Due to the decision in multiple states to shut down schools and limit gatherings, plus the recent announcement to close all restaurants and bars in Ohio, we have decided that we need to take more drastic measures to maintain the safety at our corporate office and our neighborhoods.
We will be doing our part to practice social distancing at every level. Corporate staff will be working remotely, using technology to maintain the cross-functional work they do on a daily basis.
On-site teams will report to work, but there will be a no-contact policy with residents/prospects, as much as possible. Neighborhood offices will be locked, and tours will happen via video chat.
Service Technicians will only complete emergency work orders. We will also offer flexible work hours to help accommodate our staff with childcare issues.
We will continue to monitor all developments relating to COVID-19, and we will adjust our policies according to the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control, local public health agencies, and the government. We appreciate the patience of our residents, prospects, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders as we navigate these uncharted waters."
