Her goal was to create a line infuse with elegance, wild, sophisticated and cultured that could empower the women wearing them. She is obsess with all things colorful, bold and chic. As the founder of Beauty Without Borders, Inc. Silianise has always been women first. She wants women to express themselves in bold, sophisticated and effortless peculiar pieces design with the REFINED girls in mind. She wants women to be empowered from inside out.
