The weekend is here! 🧡 Give yourself a head start at having a great weekend and be sure to stretch out before starting all of those fun activities. 🔸We talk about it a lot, but poor posture really can be a day ruiner. Working at a desk or working in confined spaces can easily lead to poor posture and neck pain or stiffness. 🔸Take 60 seconds and stretch out those upper traps today to reduce the risk of pain or headaches later in the day. It’s simple! ⚙️ Sit up straight and with good posture. ⚙️ Put the hand of the of the side you’re stretching under your thigh to increase the stretch. ⚙️ Gently pull your head to the side, pulling your ear toward your shoulder, until you feel a good comfortable stretch. ⚙️ Hold for 30-60 seconds or however long you’re comfortable, and then repeat on the other side! 🔸It’s so easy and just takes a minute! Give it a try and see if your neck and shoulders thank you for it later in the day by not being so sore or stiff.
Happy Friday, friends! 😊 Check out our Topsham models in our new masks! 🔸We are determined to keep our clinics as safe and healthy as we possibly can, and we’ll keep improving and enhancing our safety measures whenever we can. 🔸We are still requiring all patients to mask up while in the clinic, and we’re still limiting how many people are in the building at one time. No unnecessary risks taken on our watch! Stop in to one of the clinics and grab a mask next week! 🧡 You can never have too many!
Alright, we hear you... it LOOKS scary, but just trust us! 😆 🔸One of the many benefits of our one-on-one treatment model is your ability to communicate with your therapist! 🔸You’re seeing the same therapist at every appointment, which gives them the chance to get to know you, your body, and your tolerance levels. 🔸These Graston tools are specifically concave and convex-shaped and are designed for a specific method of applying pressure to help alleviate pain and break up scar tissue. 🔸You and your therapist will be able to talk and chit chat through out the treatment, and they’ll ask you several times about the amount pressure they’re applying. Our goal is to never cause our patients unnecessary pain or discomfort whenever it can be avoided. 🔸Most of our patients tell us that it’s nothing more than a mild discomfort, similar to a deep tissue massage. 🤔 Still have questions? Shoot us a message! We’re always happy to chat
🧡 People Plus Maine September 25 at 9:15 AM · We love the Merrymeeting Gleaners! Once a week they drop off wonderful farm fresh food and this week they may have outdone themselves. What a treat for our seniors to “shop” (it’s free!) safely at People Plus while attending classes - and some of the food is also delivered to seniors at home!
Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce September 23 at 5:36 PM · A lovely evening here at Reform Physical Therapy!

Happy Spooky Season, everybody! Wanna hear a couple spooky facts? ❓Did you know that every TWO SECONDS someone in the U.S. needs blood? ❓How about the fact that less than 38% of our population is eligible to give blood? 🔸That’s why every donor matters and every blood drive matters. We’ve teamed up with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive at our Yarmouth clinic this Halloween! 🔸Our blood drive will be on Saturday, October 31st from 9am to 2pm at our Yarmouth clinic located at: 45 Forest Falls Drive, Suite 1B Yarmouth, ME 04096 🔸Go to www.RedCrossBlood.org and search keyword “Reform” to find our drive and save your spot! Just ONE donation can potentially save THREE lives. Sign up today and let’s all do our part to keep our communities healthy and safe! 🧡
Happy Saturday, everyone!🧡 🔸Just a quick reminder that our clinics will be CLOSED on Monday, October 12th, 2020 in observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day. 🔸We’ll be back in the office on Tuesday with our smiling and masked faces! Until then, get outside if you can and move that body. Winter will be here before we know it and we’ll all be wishing we took better advantage of these warm autumn days!🧡
Hello and happy Thursday, everyone! Can you guess what our team has been working on recently? 🧐 The picture gives you a teeny tiny hint.... 🔸To say it lightly, 2020 has been a complete rollercoaster for every single one of us. Everyday seems full of new challenges, adaptations, and attempts at adjusting to our “new normal”. 🔸The pandemic put an immediate stop to a lot of our plans.... but that hasn’t discouraged us in the slightest! We have learned to improve, enhance, and reform our intentions to best suit our patients and our communities. 🔸So, long story short, we have some very exciting news to announce.... but we can’t tell you quite yet. 🤫 In a couple of days we’ll be able to fully share the news.... but we thought it might be fun to let you take a stab at guessing first! 🔸So feel free to guess away! What have we been up to? Or should we say..... WHERE have we been?
Say hi to Jeanelle and check out that awesome shirt too! 🧡 ❗️DON’T FORGET❗️ We’re having an American Red Cross Blood Drive at our Yarmouth clinic on October 31st. Sign up today and save a life! 🔸Jeanelle has been working with Tim at our Yarmouth office and her ankles and knees are thanking her for it. She even went ahead and made her own t-shirt and we ❤️ it! 🔸Jeanelle came to us with some foot and ankle pain that had started to cause knee and back pain. The thing about pain is, it sometimes likes to work its way up the body when it starts low.... so correcting the issue before it progressed was a wise decision on her part. 🔸She has worked diligently to improve her hip, ankle, and core strength, which has resulted in her feeling stronger and having decreased pain. 🔸Tim is truly excellent at what he does! His expert guidance has Jeanelle well on her way to achieving her most strong, confident, and stable self and we couldn’t be happier to see it!
SURPRISE! Southern Maine, here we come! 🔸We reeled in a great catch and could not be more thrilled to announce that Bobby Cochrane, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS has decided to join the Reform team! We’re working on getting his headshot taken, but everything seems to take a little longer than normal these days... so for now enjoy a classic New Englander shot! 🔸Bobby will be the lead therapist at our third clinic conveniently located at: 169 Port Road, Suite 21, Kennebunk, ME 04043 🔸He comes to us with a wealth of experience and knowledge treating patients and ailments of all kinds, but takes a special interest in concussion management and treating post-concussion syndrome. 🔸Bobby became a Sports Certified Specialist in 2016, making him one of just ten Sports Clinical Specialists in the entire state of Maine! Our Kennebunk clinic is set to open on November 9th, 2020. We’ll keep you updated as we go and we can hardly wait to show you how amazing this clinic will be! 🧡
Happy Monday, everyone! 🧡 ❓Have you ever wondered what actually goes on during the day at one of our clinics? Here’s a sneak peak at a day in Topsham! 🔸We treat ‘em all! We’ve got kids, athletes, post-ops, and seniors all in this quick little snippet. 🔸A couple things we hope you notice: ⚙️ No one is left alone to exercise or stretch! Their PT is right there the entire time. ⚙️ Those who can mask up are asked to! Safety first, friends. ⚙️ Everyone’s therapy is different! No two bodies are alike so no two treatment plans can be alike. Every patient does what works for them and their body. 🔸If you’re struggling to figure out that pain or weakness that’s been kicking around for months, give us a call! We’d love to add you to the daily mix and get you back to your best self.
We finally made it on the board on Forest Falls Drive! 🔸It took a little while due to a couple of set backs, but we couldn’t be happier to be apart of the Forest Falls Fam! ❗️DON’T FORGET! We’re hosting a blood drive for American Red Cross this Saturday, October 31st from 9am to 2pm at our Yarmouth clinic❗️ Head to Redcross.org and search keyword “REFORM” to find our drive an sign up!
It’s really very simple. Please use your voice. Please get out there and vote! 🧡
Say hi to George! 🧡 🔸George is one of the many veterans we were lucky enough to say thank you to yesterday!🇺🇸 🔸With Ryan’s guidance, George is well on his way to a more balanced and pain-free life! His endurance and stamina have increased and he’s able to walk further with fewer breaks needed. His knee isn’t completely pain free yet, but the pain is decreasing in frequency and intensity. 🔸Our therapists look at your entire body when considering your balance. Imbalance, dizziness, and falls can all be a result of a poor gait pattern or muscle deficiency, or some other issue that an untrained eye wouldn’t see. 🔸The winter months are almost here, which means our world will soon turn into an obstacle course filled with ice, snow, and potholes. Make sure you’re strong and steady and ready for whatever this winter brings!

Wondering what physical therapy looks like for an athlete? Saying it’s hard work is an understatement.... 🔸 Say hi to Lena! She’s a runner, lifter, and an overall incredible athlete. She started lifting heavier a while back and found herself developing some hip pain... That pain quickly led to decreased range of motion and strength, which meant she couldn’t perform the way she wanted to. 🔸 With Bobby’s guidance, Lena has worked to stabilize her core and improve her flexibility. These changes are rapidly leading to reduced pain and swelling, as well as increased strength and stamina! 🔸 Lena is a true all star and she’ll be back out running and doing her favorite recreational winter activities in no time! 🧡 Keep it up, Lena!
KENNEBUNK IS OPEN! 🧡 Today is day three at our new Kennebunk clinic and things couldn’t be better. 😁 Construction took slightly longer than anticipated, but the raised ceilings, fresh paint, and brand new flooring were well worth the wait! Our new Kennebunk clinic is located at: 🔸169 Port Road, Suite 21, Kennebunk, ME🔸 right next to Live Cafe Maine! Curious about taking a peek at our new space? Give us a call at 207-204-0679! We’d be happy to schedule a time for you to check it out and meet our newest team members! 😊
Check out PeoplePlus’s latest raffle! Tickets go toward a GREAT cause! People Plus Maine November 30 at 3:46 PM · Don't miss a chance to win this snow blower in our December raffle! Tickets are just $20 each for chance to win this brand new Toro Power Max 824 OE Snow Blower! Details include 24 inch 252 cc two-stage electric start gas blower, quick stick chute control, fully assembled. Donated by Home Depot and valued at $899. To purchase tickets, click on this link https://peopleplusmaine.org/support-people-plus and follow directions on the screen, stop by the Center (35 Union St), 9-1, or give us a call at 729-0757. Tickets are only $20 each and support homebound elders. Our goal is to sell 500 tickets to raise $10,000! All proceeds go to support members who struggle to care for themselves. These members no longer drive and risk poor nutrition, isolation and depression, in addition to not having access to proper medical care. People Plus, the Brunswick area senior community center, relies on fundraising events for a large part of our budget. With our annual Music in April gala and auction cancelled last year from the pandemic, funds are needed to fill the gap from the loss of proceeds from the event which normally brings in over $60,000. Help us reach our goal of raising $10,000 by buying tickets! The drawing will be live on the People Plus Maine facebook page, Thursday, December 17 at noon.
Remember we introduced you to Lena last week? 😊 Here’s what she has to say about Bobby and Reform! Bobby’s a fantastically enthusiastic therapist and we truly couldn’t be happier that he chose to join our team! He’s already proving to be an incredible asset to Reform and the Kennebunk area community.🧡

What does a telehealth visit look like? 🤔 A little something like this! 🔸Say hi to Taisey! She’s an active teen that has worked with Ryan on and off over the past two-ish years for a couple different issues. 🔸During this autumn season, Taisey developed some tightness in her hip while out hunting.... after a couple of weeks that tightness progressed into constant pain that left her unable to walk or even bear weight on her leg. 🔸She knew what to do, so she and her family called and got her on Ryan’s schedule! She started out with her appointments in the clinic, but with COVID numbers rapidly rising, her family transitioned her to telehealth appointments. 🔸In less than two weeks and with just FIVE total appointments, Taisey has gone from walking with crutches and bearing little weight on her leg, to walking and tracking deer normally! She really is a rockstar and we couldn’t be more proud of her! 🧡
Bobby is out and about in Kennebunk and ready to chat all about our newest clinic! 🧡 Live Cafe Maine December 12 at 8:32 AM · REFORM Physical Therapy his here to take care of all your PT needs!
Haven’t you heard? Face shields are the new hip and fashionable thing! 🤓 🔸Why are we donning shields in addition to our masks? The masks protect our mouths, noses, and respiratory systems.... but they do nothing to protect our eyes. Shields protect our eyes while adding an extra layer of protection to our noses and mouths. It’s a win-win overall. 🔸Long story short, we know we may look a little different, but we promise it’s to keep both our patients and ourselves SAFE. We are diligently following every guideline and precaution to ensure our clinics remain safe and healthy.🧡
Happy Monday, everybody! 🧡 The permanent signage for our Kennebunk clinic isn’t quite finalized yet, so we’ve put up some temporary signs to help you out! A big thank you to Prevost Signs for getting us some signs in a jiffy! 🔸PLEASE NOTE that we have a private entrance located on the BACK side of the building. 🔸Once you’re on the backside of the building, you’ll see our brand new ramp and our nice big Reform sign. As always, just give us a call if you have any trouble! 207-204-0679
We made it to the final Monday of 2020! 😁 An accomplishment we should all be proud of, to say the very least. 🔸We’re proud of our team and the hard work they do every day to keep Reform as great as it is. Check out the new The North Face jackets our incredibly generous owner gifted to our team! It’s just one token of gratitude for the dedication they continue to show. 🔸Our talented friends over at Grampa's Garden did an amazing job embroidering our logo onto them. As always, we couldn’t be more impressed with the quality and timeliness of their work. Stay happy, safe, and warm out there, friends! 🧡
Reform Physical Therapy updated their website address.
We needed a good laugh today and thought you might too! 😂 Happy Holidays from some of our Reform Team! 🧡 #ElfYourself
Happy Christmas Eve! 🧡 Santa popped in for his pre-flight check up and we are happy to report he was cleared for takeoff! 🌲REMINDER: All three of our clinics will be CLOSED on Friday, December 25th, 2020.🌲 Stay smart, stay safe, stay healthy. We’ll see you on Monday!
We decided early on when COVID emerged that we owed it to ourselves and to our patients to meet it head on with positivity, grit, and resilience. We are so proud of the way our Reform team navigated the year that was 2020. Say hi to Mark!🧡 🔸Like all of us, Mark’s 2020 didn’t go nearly how he expected it to... COVID aside, Mark’s year changed in an instant when a fall resulted in an injury that only surgery could fix. Surgery followed by lots of dedication and HARD work. 🔸Mark is a shining reminder that even though unexpected things may happen to us, if we meet them with courage and dedication, we have a better chance at overcoming them. He has worked so hard to regain his strength and his independence, and for that, we couldn’t be more proud of him. As we move into 2021, we hope you’re proud of yourself too. 🧡 No matter how you’re ending 2020, you made it. Now let’s see what 2021 has in store for us!
We’ve told you 100 times how awesome we think Bobby is.... but who else is keeping our Kennebunk clinic running smoothly?! Say hi to Jill!🧡 🔸Jill is our new Patient Care Coordinator in Kennebunk and she is knocking it out of the park! 🔸Jill is a Maine native who currently resides in Wells with her husband and two adopted cats. She comes to us with over 15 years of experience working in the Hannaford corporate offices. 🔸Her strong background in both culinary arts and nutrition is reflective of her never-ending quest for a well-balanced life, and has fueled her passions for cooking, baking, and exercise. 🔸When not at work, you’ll probably find her at the gym, testing out a new recipe from scratch, or enjoying a nice long walk around the neighborhood. 🔸Jill is a rockstar! She’s kind, witty, and always willing to give her best effort. She’s proving to be a perfect addition to our team! We’re keeping her nice and safe behind her plexiglass barriers in the hope that she’s gonna stick around for the long haul!
Happy Friday, friends! 🔸Our patients are kind as heck and surprise us with treats more often than we deserve. If you were on social media in December, you know hot chocolate bombs were all the rage.... We were lucky enough to score a few to try and they’re so fun! 🔸Say hi to Evi! Evi’s daughter, Hailey, owns XO Bakery LLC and is incredibly talented. Evie surprised us with these gorgeous hot chocolate bombs! 🔸Check out the XO Bakery page to see all of the fun, Maine-made creations Hailey has whipped up! Remember to please be mindful with your purchases and to shop small whenever you’re able to! Maine’s small businesses need our support now more than ever before.🧡
We have a two for one special for you today! 🔸Say hi to Kelly AND Mike! 🧡 Mike came to Reform following a joint replacement surgery and has been working with our newest physical therapist, Kelly! 🔸Kelly and Mike have been working to regain Mike’s strength and improve his movement patterns and body mechanics. His alignment was slightly out of whack due to movement compensations prior to surgery. 🔸Mike is typically incredibly active, participating in recreational activities like biking, hiking, and running, but those activities were almost impossible with the amount of pain he was enduring. 🔸His therapy has focused heavily on correcting his alignment so that he could strengthen his new joint properly. Proper movement patterns improve his chance of complete recovery and reduce his risk of future injury following rehabilitation. 🔸With Kelly’s guidance, Mike has improved his flexibility and strength, which means he’ll be back out snowboarding and enjoying his life in no time!
And just like that the Reform Team is VACCINATED! 🔸We were fortunate and every member of our staff has officially received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccination! We are 24+ hours post vaccination, and we’re all doing well. 🔸FUN FACT: This was the first chance many of our newer employees have had to meet each other or even be in the same building! We have used extreme caution and have kept our clinics/employees separated in an effort to minimize any risks. They’ve all met via email, phone call, or Zoom but getting the vaccine gave them an opportunity to officially say hello in-person (while still masked and at least 6’ apart of course). 🔸We’re excited to be taking this next step, and we’ll check back with you in a few weeks when we all receive dose #2 of the vaccine. Until then stay smart, stay safe, stay healthy, and have a great weekend! 🧡
‘Practice makes perfect’ is one of the oldest sayings in the book and we kind of live and breathe by it at Reform. Say hi to Walter! 🧡 🔸Walter has been working to improve his strength and work on his movement patterns to hopefully avoid any falls in the future. He and Ryan recreate real life situations and practice how to react without further increasing the risk of injury. 🔸It goes without saying that it is winter in Maine! There’s plenty of ice and snow on the ground to slip on. It’s also cold so our joints and muscles may not move how they typically do. All of those factors work against us and increase the fall risk drastically. 🔸People of all ages fall and injure themselves, which means balance is important at any age. Maintaining solid footing while also being able to pivot, adjust, and react is incredibly important when it comes to avoiding falls.
Check out our Local Business Spotlight! 🧡 Laura Snyder Smith‎3 towns, 1 community January 11 at 11:42 AM · This week's Spotlight business is Reform Physical Therapy, specifically their new office in the new LIVE Wellness Complex at 169 Port Road in Lower Village Kennebunk. Please help me welcome Bobby and the whole team to the Chamber and our 3 Towns community.
Happy Monday! The first week of 2021 was a bit of a wild ride, but there’s nothing like a fresh start to a new week. 🔸Our pal Mike over at Prevost Signs put up some new wall graphics for us. They’re sharp, clean, and a perfect reminder about why we do what we do everyday! 🔸Have you been neglecting your health? It’s easier to do now than ever before. We are all so oversaturated with news, information, and current events that it’s easy to neglect the one thing that keeps us going every day.... our body. 🔸We hope one of your 2021 goals is to take better care of YOU. Take care of your mind and body, and make an effort to be your strongest, most confident and capable self. 2021 is already proving to be a challenge. Give yourself the best shot at success by meeting it with strength and fortitude. Your future self will thank you for it. 🧡

Reform Physical Therapy January 20, 2020 at 2:39 PM · Happy #MartinLutherKingJrDay! 🧡 “The time is always right to do what is right.” -Martin Luther King Jr.
Say hi to Chad! 🧡 🔸Not only is Chad a complete character, he’s also a chronic ankle sprainer! And also apparently hungry and needed a little pre-therapy snack... 😂 🔸He and Delaney (or Dr. D as he likes to call her) have been working on his proprioception and his ankle strength & stability. 🔸What exactly is proprioception? Simply put, it’s the body’s awareness of its position and movement. Proprioception enables us to do things like determine whether we’re standing on grass or pavement without needing to look. 🔸Can you safely close your eyes and balance on one leg? How about closing your eyes and touching your finger to your nose? If you’re having trouble with those, you’re probably going to have trouble pivoting and adjusting to varied walking surfaces. You know, like the awesome mix of ice, snow, and pavement we’re walking on these days....
Say hi to Beth and welcome her to our Reform Team! 🧡 🔸Beth is our Patient Care Coordinator at our Yarmouth clinic! Our Yarmouth clinic tends to be very busy, but Beth handles it all like a champ and doesn’t sweat it for a minute. 🔸Beth started with us in late 2020, after moving to good ol’ Yarmouth from Hermon. She has over 30 years of experience working in customer service and it’s evident in her demeanor and work ethic. 🔸When she isn’t at work, Beth can be found watercolor painting, hiking, or practicing her photography hobby. 🔸Beth is kind, calm, cool, and collected and has been the PERFECT addition to our Yarmouth clinic. We couldn’t be happier that she chose to join our team! (We snapped the mask-free picture very quickly when we knew there wouldn’t be any patients around for a while!)
Say hi to Caroline! 🧡 🔸Caroline has been working with Nic at our Topsham clinic following a knee surgery she underwent last summer! 🔸Prior to surgery Caroline was actively participating in running, boxing, soccer, basketball, and softball, but her surgery left her walking on crutches and unable to compete daily tasks. She’s also a college student, so we wanted to get her fixed up as quickly as possible! 🔸Post-surgical therapy of this kind is NEVER easy. It takes courage to learn how to use a joint that surgeon has operated on. It also takes trust! Nic has listened to Caroline’s concerns and has adapted her therapy so that it would be the most effective for her, which has made it more possible for her to have faith in the process. Nic’s combination of strengthening and ROM work has Caroline well on her way to recovery! We’re proud of Caroline’s hard work and know that she’ll do great things! Keep it up, Caroline. 🧡

Say hi to Josh! 🧡 🔸Josh has been working with Kelly at our Yarmouth clinic to tackle some persistent knee pain that was only getting worse. 🔸With Kelly’s help, Josh is back out there running, snowshoeing, and completing his daily tasks completely pain free! 🔸Per Josh, “I’ve had intermittent knee pain for years, with a more intense flare up recently bringing me to Reform PT. Kelly has been awesome and a great partner in breaking down the issues and building a plan to get me back to a pain free lifestyle. She asks pointed questions and then really listens to my responses, adjusting the plan quickly as needed during minor setbacks, allowing us to keep things moving forward. My knee feels better than I can remember, and I owe Kelly a huge Thank You for it!”
Happy Friday, friends! 😄 🔸This is your Friday morning reminder to stretch today! It’s easy to forget to get up and move when you’re working all day, but it is so important and it just takes a minute of your time! 🔸Kelly has four quick stretches that you can do WITHOUT even leaving your work desk: 1️⃣Upper Trap/Neck Stretch: can help avoid any head aches or neck tension. 2️⃣Thoracic Extension: can improve posture and helps keep the shoulder joints from becoming stiff. 3️⃣Hamstring Stretch: when hamstrings are too tight, they can cause the pelvis to rotate.... which isn’t typically very pleasant. This stretch keeps them nice and loose! 4️⃣Glute Stretch: tight glutes can be a leading cause of lower back pain for many people that spend extended periods of time sitting. 🔸Give these stretches a gentle try and then get out there and have yourself a great weekend! 🧡

Say hi to Teresa! 🧡 🔸Teresa is a champ and has worked with Ryan at our Yarmouth clinic to overcome a few different issues. Her hard work and dedication play a big part in her recovery and we couldn’t be more proud of her progress! 🔸 Per Teresa, “For the last 4.5 months I have spent approximately 1.5 hours a week at Reform Physical Therapy. It has been a pleasure working with Ryan. Under Ryan’s care I was able to overcome pain and recover from an ankle injury, shoulder impingement and hip bursitis. Ryan’s knowledge of massage, strengthening weak muscles and managing pain is phenomenal. Thanks so much Ryan for your expertise in becoming stronger and pain free! Ryan, Tim, Kelly, and Beth are warm, welcoming and enthusiastic about all their work. I highly recommend Reform Physical Therapy for all your PT needs.”

Say hi to Jeff! 🧡 🔸Jeff needed shoulder surgery after suffering from a fall last summer. Since then, he’s worked with Ryan at our Yarmouth clinic to regain his range of motion and strength. 🔸Part of our initial evaluation involves finding out what each patient’s goals are for therapy. What was Jeff’s goal? To get back out on that golf course in 2021! 🔸Well, thanks to his hard work and Ryan’s guidance, Jeff will definitely be out there whacking some balls this summer! They’ve worked on Jeff’s strength and body mechanics to ensure his swing is perfect and won’t leave him with any pains or strains after a round or two.

Say hi to Narae! 🧡 🔸She’s incredible and has been working with Ryan at our Yarmouth clinic to increase her strength and stability as she battles an autoimmune disease. 🔸Ryan had the following to say about Narae, “When I first met Narae she was using a walker and had to be closely guarded in order to maintain her balance and prevent her from falling. Narae was only walking a few hundred steps per day and dealing with debilitating pain and swelling throughout her body. Through it all she has always had a positive mindset and is uplifting to everyone in our clinic. It is an honor to play a role in Narae's ongoing battle with her autoimmune diseases." 🔸It’s a common misconception that physical therapy can only treat broken bones or sports injuries.... Narae is a prime example of physical therapy having a positive impact on other conditions as well!
