Today is National Gluten-Free day!
How to Observe National Gluten Free Day:
1. Invite a gluten-free friend to lunch. Let them teach you about the menu and their lifestyle. If you are brave, try one of their gluten-free meals. Are YOU the gluten-free friend? If so, invite one of your friends to lunch and educate them on your gluten-free diet.
2. Make a gluten-free recipe: You can substitute flour for almond flour.
3. Share the love: If you don't share it on social media, it didn't happen, right? Be sure to post pictures of your gluten-free meal for all of your family and friends to see and try. This will help bring awareness to individuals with gluten allergies.
